With autumn just around the corner, lunch will move away from fresh summery salads towards hearty warming soups. And while supermarkets have lots of options for a liquid lunch (in the healthiest sense possible), we’re more excited by the new range from Tideford Organics, as they pair up with three celebrity chefs.
The three new soups come from Mark Hix, Aldo Zilli and Mitch Tonks, each creating an individual flavour guaranteed to warm your cockles this winter. Mark Hix sticks to his British roots with a peppery celeriac and apple soup, Mitch Tonks takes inspiration from his vast knowledge of seafood with a smoked haddock and leek chowder, and Aldo Zilli keeps it classically Italian with a hearty Tuscan bean soup.
As well as adding a little touch of star power to their soups, Tideford Organics are also working on a new range of angelically healthy winter soups to help stave off the cold. The super food soups include a beetroot soup with iron enriched curly kale, sweet potato soup with those oh so trendy chia seeds and a warming red lentil soup with fruity apricots and a few zingy crushed chillies.
