Get ready for the ultimate adventure, as the Icehotel opens for another year.
Located in the picturesque village of Jukkasjärvi in Swedish Lapland, situated just 200km north of the Arctic Circle, the famous Icehotel is soon set to open its doors for the 26th time.
This season, its famous Art Suites will be filled with plenty of unique designs from artists around the world; from a life-sized ice elephant and a Russian imperial-inspired theatre set, to a room full of flying sheep and a 1970’s love capsule.
The iconic Icehotel opens on 11th December with two brand new experiences; a private and traditional three hour long Swedish sauna with invigorating ice river plunge (which is a chilly OC to 2C in temperature) and an adventurous winter wilderness survival course.
Also included in the package is an exhilarating cross country skiing excursion and a delicious Arctic Feast, combining a variety of traditional Swedish dishes with a new ‘clean eating’ approach.
The leading ICEHOTEL experts are offering this immersive three night break throughout the December 2015 – March 2016 season, with prices starting from £1,533pp based on two sharing, including the full Arctic Living package. This price incorporates Discover the World’s exclusive direct flight from Heathrow to Kiruna, getting you to the heart of Swedish Lapland in just 3.5 hours.
