Art deco dinners just got interesting as Corbin & King open The Colony Grill Room
Don’t miss your weekend guide to London
For those that love to brunch the names Corbin and King will most certainly ring a bell.
In 2003 Chris Corbin and Jeremy King opened The Wolseley, a huge space dedicated to the art of dining. They went on to open The Delaunay in Aldwych and more recently the roaring French Brassiere Zédel and the slick Viennese restaurant Fischer’s.
The guys are back, bigger and better than ever with The Colony Grill Room, the new restaurant attached to their hotel The Beaumont.
With dark mahogany walls and art deco paintings, The Colony Grill Room has the look and feel of a classic, old school American steak restaurant.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the menu is as American as apple pie. Feast on duck egg hash for breakfast, or dive in to oysters Rockefeller, grilled cheese sandwiches and New York strip steaks.
Save room for an ice cream sundae, then head to The American Bar for a stiff bourbon on the rocks and settle in for the evening.
