Lucky Chip channel all the grit of The Beastie Boys in their new burger.
The Beastie Boys have long been undeniable fans of fast food. Their song New Style reads like an ode to good old American junk food, with the lyric “I chill at White Castle ’cause it’s the best, but I’m fly at Fat Burger when I way out west.”
The revolutionary trio are being (further) immortalised in the fast foodie hall of fame as Ben Denner from Lucky Chip has created The Beastie Boys Burger.
Available from the 6th of November for a month, the burger is a classic juicy beef patty topped with cheese, pickles, lettuce and tomato. Finished off with Hot Sauce with a further nod to the Boys last album Hot Sauce Committee Part Two, this stack is one you’ll want to play on repeat!
If you needed any further reason to try it, £1 from every sale will go to Cancer Research UK in a touching salute to Adam Yaunch, the founding member of the group. It’s a musical burger with a conscience, what more could you ask for.
They say imitation is the best form of flattery, but we’re tempted to disagree. These days anyone who’s anyone has their own personal burger tribute.
Grab the burger while you can, 6th November until the end of the month at Lucky Chip.
