Shackfuyu launches temporary residency in Bermondsey before re-opening as permanent restaurant in Soho.

Before they say goodbye, they will be hosting a two day residency at the Bone Daddies workshop in Bermondsey. Located within a railway arch around the corner from Maltby and Druid Streets, the Shackfuyu residency will be a ticketed event in collaboration with The Cornwall Project until the 21st November.
Details on the dishes served will be released via Social Media but will include some of Shackfuyu Soho’s classic items such as Iberico Pork Pluma and 4 Miso Aubergine with Bubu Arare, as well as the famed Kinako French Toast.
The shiny new Soho site, which opens mid November, will have a brand new upstairs bar with counter seating and a private dining room. The menu will include the lunchtime addition of filled gao bao buns in the style of Flesh & Buns, with reservations being taken for lunch and dinner.
