Martin Morales opened his Soho restaurant Ceviche in a blaze of glory last year, and it’s been packed to the rafters since day one. With the restaurant serving up consistently fresh, flavoursome and fantastic Peruvian cuisine, we can see why!
The lively restaurant specialises in Ceviche; the freshest raw fish ‘cooked’ in the acid of a tangy lime with chilli and sea salt- delicious, but it doesn’t stop there. They also have perfectly BBQ’d anticucho skewers, juicy saltados and stunning salads. It is utter heaven.
Lucky for us all Martin has put over 100 of his Peruvian classics into one magnificent cookbook. The results are both mouth-watering and stunning. The book covers family favourites, traditional Peruvian recipes and wonderful new creations, simply explained, making it easy to create a taste of Peru at home!
