Burger heroes Patty and Bun have opened a massive new site in London Fields – Patty and Bun, The Arch.
Taking over a sprawling space, the new 1800ft arch is home to the Patty and Bun’s bovine test kitchen where they can let their hair down and come up with more mouth-watering recipes.
To help them get inspired, the new kitchen has also been tricked out with a custom made smoker and there is a 40-cover restaurant so that you can go and drool over everything Patty and Bun.
A new brunch menu has been designed especially for The Arch. It features incredible specials like smoked ox cheek scrambled eggs, harrisa fried eggs with smashed avocado(hello smoked ham hock, pickled onions and bacon mayo), smoked chicken thighs, the Patty Melt and smoked duck nuggets with pasilla ketchup.
