My Feast accompanies the new TV series Pacific Island Feasts with Peter Kuruvita as he travels around looking for the most exciting dishes on offer.
My feast is split into seven delicious chapters categorised by type of food, including street food, seafood and meat, which makes it easy to navigate through the cuisines of these more undiscovered regions.
The recipes really explore the fabulous areas Peter visited. A delicious cashew nut curry; a family favourite lamb curry with curry leaf, lemongrass and chilli; Thai eggplant curry rich with coconut and spices; and wonderful crispy herrings served with a spicy Sri-Lankan salad, lots of black pepper, green chilli and garlic.
