From the hillsides of Spain straight to Soho, Morada Brindisa Asador opens
Bringing traditional food from the villages and hillsides of Spain straight to Soho, Morada Brindisa Asador restaurant is serving comforting dishes that are made using the best wholesome ingredients.
From Brindisa Tapas Kitchens, the new restaurant is based around the Castilian tradition of roasting suckling pigs and lamb in huge wood fired ovens.
Joining the capitol’s clique of grill restaurants, dishes at Morada Brindisa Asador will be cooked in the Josper oven or robata grill for that sophisticated smoky finish.
Enjoy a feast of laid back dining, including wrinkled potatoes with mojo picon salsa, flame grilled vegetable salads, slow cooked gazpachos manchegos – a traditional game stew with unleavened torta, Segovian roast suckling pig or Castilian roast milk fed lamb.
