MEAT liquor team up with Barrafina for a limited edition burger with Spanish flare.
Two of London’s best no-reservations restaurants have put their heads together in order to support the charity Action Against Hunger, their results being a truly scrumptious new burger – even by MEATliquor’s outrageous standards.
Barrafina is on fire at the moment, recently being named the best restaurant in London. For their first attempt at a burger they have teamed up with the experts. Utilising their signature Spanish flavours, the Barrafina Burger incorporated ingredients such as Ermesenda cheese imported from Catalonia, deep fried panko coated rice morcilla with blended Mojo picon sauce, all being finished off with a generous topping of Russian dressing and house pickles.
We love Barrafina, and we love MEATliquor, whoever’s idea it was to pair them up for such a good cause needs a big pat on the back!
The burger will be priced at £10.50, with £1 for each burger sold being donated to Action Against Hunger, and is available from the 21st September 2015 at all three MEATliquor outposts – London, Brighton, and Leeds.
