Pairing rum cocktails with Caribbean cuisine this party 5 minutes from the Northern Quarter is guaranteed to be full of tropical flavour.
Do – Manchester Art Gallery
The Joana Vasconcelos exhibition at the Manchester Art Gallery offer is a stunning showing of modern art juxtaposed against its historical setting. Portuguese Vasconcelos has created a site specific exhibition of sculptures and textile works of art. Her interesting take on the modern world includes an imagining of a helicopter for Marie Antoinette.
