It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! If you’re in need of some extra cheer to get you in the mood, then get yourself down to London Bridge, because the Christmas Market is now open.
You’ll recognise its location, as it was formerly known as the More London Christmas Market. But, this year, it’s back with a new name and better than ever. Over 100 German chalet stalls will line the market selling scrumptious street food fare to fill tummies, and artisanal gifts to fill stockings.
The star of the show lies in ‘Winter Dream’, a cosy pop up bar from the team that wowed us with ‘London Riviera’ this summer. Cuddle up under the heated canopy with Christmas cocktails, not-to-be-missed mulled wine, and delicious chai teas from T2.
If you’re not full to the brim with Christmas cheer after all that festivity, there will be screenings of Christmas movies including Elf, The Grinch and Scrooged that should do the trick!
If sipping a Winter Dream hot Christmas cocktail whilst basking in the glory of Tower Bridge and watching Love Actually doesn’t warm the cockles this Christmas, then we don’t know what will.
Located on the Southbank of the River Thames between London Bridge and Tower Bridge, and runs until 3rd January.
