On the 9th October a group of highly acclaimed chefs specialising in exotic cuisine will join forces for a one off tasting menu.
Lima Floral’s head chef Robert Ortiz will be having his chef pals from The Palomar and Central restaurant in Peru over for one night only in order to create a dazzling tasting menu with input from chefs whose culinary talents will allow diners to journey from Peru to the Middle East, via the Iberian Peninsula.
The two restaurants’ head chefs Virgilio Martinez and Yossi Elad leave their kitchens for Lima Floral in order to create a menu that allows diners to explore the joy of food from regions many culinary palettes may yet have not explored.
Further flavour is brought to proceedings by Leo Carreira, a regular on the pop-up scene, who will inject some of his signature Latin flare to the dishes served as part of the lunch.
The London restaurant scene is abuzz at the moment with the flavours of the Middle East, Peru, and the Levant, here they are all presented together in harmonious balance.
The six course tasting menu will be priced at £60 per person. Book tickets here.
