Whisk a tablespoon of Kikkoman Soy Sauce into around 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the juice of half a lemon and a good pinch of black pepper to create a light dressing. Pour over a summery salad of seared tuna, fresh rocket and curls of soft avocado.
Reduce a few lugs of Kikkoman in a medium-hot pan with a tablespoon of honey. Wait until the mixture is thick and glossy in consistency, then brush it onto sizzling grilled chicken kebabs and let it caramelise to create a delicious sweet and salty crust.
Stir a good amount of Kikkoman into a generous amount of mayonnaise and mix together. Chop high quality fillet steak. Mix with gherkins and fresh thyme to make beef tartare. Serve the tartare with a soft poached egg and a heaped spoonful of the Kikkoman mayonnaise.
Mash a teaspoon of Kikkoman soy sauce into 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Mix this with some orange zest, a pinch of Chinese five spice and finely chopped chilli. Roll in cling film and keep in the freezer. Slice the flavoured butter into rounds and add to steamed veg, fish or steak for an Oriental flavour kick!
