  • What is your favourite city right now? New York.
  • Why do you love it? There is so much happening there and the hospitality scene is so friendly.
  • Where do you refuel in the morning? At home, or at work.
  • Tell us a hidden gem? It’s not yet open but our Gin Garden at The Gilbert Scott is going to be fantastic!
  • Where is the best market? Monaco – I was there earlier this year for Alain Ducasse’s anniversary and the produce was stunning.
  • Top street-food eat? I’m not really a street food person sorry but I do like a good burger.
  • Best place for a sunset drink? Anywhere with a view in London as it is such a beautiful city.
  • What restaurant do you book every time? My favourite local is Chez Bruce and their cheeseboard is fantastic.
  • Best spot for something sweet? 2 of my closet sweet treats are Jaffa Cakes and ice cold Galaxy chocolate.
  • What gadget won’t you leave home without? My ipad.
