Flesh and Buns has finally opened the doors in Covent Garden to rapturous applause and we are very excited.
The team behind Soho’s hit ramen bar Bone Daddies have just opened their latest venture Flesh and Buns in Seven Dials Covent Garden.
Flesh and Buns specialises in hirata buns, described as DIY filled steamed buns – these are basically glorious, cloud-like steamed buns, sliced open and stuffed with wonderful fillings, including kimchi lamb chops, crispy duck legs with sour plum soy and beautiful salmon teriyaki with lemon and pickled cucumber.
Flesh and buns also serves up a selection of sashimi and oysters with jalapeño dressing; small plates, including sticky chicken yakatori and fried squid with shansho salt; and fabulous Japanese-inspired desserts.
