The sherry bar and tapas restaurant Drakes Tabanco has joined forces with wine aficionado Tom Harrow to design a fantastic monthly sherry and food matching event.
Guests will dine on a 5-course menu with each course expertly paired with a sherry from Bodegas Fernando de Castilla. Dishes will include the likes of braised pig cheeks with hazelnuts and potato purée alongside a delicious raisiny Oloroso. Book now for an education in all things sherry.
