Spritz and schnitzel in Fitzrovia as Boopshi’s opens on Windmill Street.

boopshi's For a little bit of Austria in London head down to Boopshi’s restaurant, where schnitzel and spritz are the words on everybody’s lips.

Created by brothers Ed and Ben Robson, Boopshi’s is all about classic Viennese cooking with a little bit of London lifestyle mixed in for good measure. Head chef Rino Scalco will be taking delicious British rose veal, free-range chicken and rare breed pork and pan frying them using a traditional method that ensures even coverage and a crispy coating.

Boopshi’s will also be offering up an eclectic menu of Austrian specialities, such as bratwurst, spatzle and a very tempting sachertorte.

Expect prosecco on tap and a wonderful cocktail menu designed to get the tongue tingling.
