Beauty isn’t just skin deep when it comes to good food as Bones opens its door on Kingsland Road.
Cook up a storm with this rack of lamb recipe!
Sometimes nothing will satisfy the carnivore other than getting stuck in and gnawing on some seriously good cuts of meat, a fact that Joff and Simeon Goodman knew all too well when they decided to open up their new restaurant Bones.
They’ve set up shop on Kingsland Road with nothing in mind other than to give their customers excellent food with sharing at the heart of it. They’ve got every kind of cut you can think of, from whole rotisserie chickens, over sized t-bones, racks of lamb, confit duck legs… you get the idea.
Their delicious sharing plates, such as a Tuscan inspired panzanella or sautéed baby squid are a fantastic option for those who suffer from food envy, and their small bites such as the crispy pigs ears are guaranteed to go from snacks to the reason you come back to Bones in a mouthful.
Top all this off with a tempting breakfast menu and some killer cocktails and we’re certainly sold. Bones will be serving up all these delicious treats from morning till night, including lazy weekend brunches and belly-busting Sunday lunches. Now that’s really something to get your teeth into!
