Boca Chica Hotel Acapulco has 1950’s cool written all over it, making it the perfect Mexican getaway.
Boca Chica is our kind of hotel. Set in the stunning surroundings of Acapulco Mexico, which is blessed with beautiful beaches and plenty of sunshine, this design led hotel has decadent rooms, a heavenly seafront pool and sprinkle of party atmosphere to keep things interesting, well it is Acapulco baby.
The hotel is classic 1950’s style, with a vintage exterior and perfect styling. There are 36 rooms and six suites all beautifully designed with a contemporary feel and really cool 1950’s touches.
The rooms are large and airy with giant hammocks overlooking the sea and the suites are tricked out with private gardens and outdoor living rooms for the ultimate party vibe. The whole place has a really cool Miami meets Soho House feel to it.
Boca Chica has an amoeba shaped swimming pool that has views over the bay to Roqueta Island. Don and Betty Draper would not look out of place looshing on the sunbeds in giant sunglasses and knocking back the cocktails.
The hotel’s sophisticated restaurant serves up clean tasting Japanese food freshly prepared by head chef Keisuke Harada. It that isn’t enough goodness for you, there is an onsite spa and even a gym for a pre-dinner work out.
Rates at Boca Chica start form $120 per room per night. They are currently running their summer specials including a 3 for 2 promotion with a complimentary third night and an upgrade promotion.
