With East Asian influences and plenty of Korean soju, we can’t wait for Bó Drake to open.
Mixing it up with a sprinkle of Scottish and a kick of Korean, Jan Lee (ex-Roka chef) is opening Bó Drake in Soho. The new East Asian restaurant will take influence from Jan’s Chinese heritage, Scottish upbringing and Korean wife.
With fifty covers, Bó Drake will focus on smoked cooking methods and traditional pickled influences, using seasonal British produce, in a contemporary dining room.
Delicious dishes include smoked bobo chicken with srircaha, lime and herbs; pork and eel dumplings; Loch Ryan oysters with apple and kimchi mignonette; spicy buckwheat noodles; and a kimchi and potato pancake.
To wash down the fusion food, the bar at Bó Drake will be serving up killer Korean soju, the world’s most popular spirit and highly recommended with a table laden with delicious food!
