Blueberries reduce risk of Diabetes type two


A recent study of over 187,000 people in the US suggest that three servings per week of blueberries can significantly reduce the risk of type-2 diabetes.

Here at MSK we LOVE blueberries, and have grown even fonder of them since we learned that eating 3 portions a week can reduce the risk of diabetes type-2 by a whopping 26%.

Apples and grapes are also really good for lowering the risk, so make sure you’re getting plenty of them too.
