Our weekly lifestyle column brings you stylish homeware must-haves from interior designer Emily Penrose. This week we take a look at trays.
Cheap and Cheerful
The Hano wooden tray by Habitat is matt-lacquered and available in an on-trend two- tone colour combination. Grey with a bright yellow base, it plays on our current obsession with all things neon and will be sure to liven up your homeware collection. For £18 it’s an absolute bargain.

Available in Oak or Walnut and in 2 sizes, either square or rectangular, we adore the warmth of the wood and the elegant yet chunky proportions of these trays by Channels. Too good looking to be hidden away in a cupboard, they would also make a perfect butler tray style side table.
