Van Tran and Ahn Vu have had quite a busy year. First they released their critically acclaimed ‘Vietnamese Market Cookbook’ with great success, and now they’ve opened up Bep Haus near Bank and St Paul’s, one of their three unique sites across the capital churning out delicious Vietnamese food to hungry Londoners.
Bep Haus is delivering authentic Vietnamese food using fresh ingredients and recipes you’d find in any Hanoi kitchen. Customers can eat in or take away their delicious dishes for breakfast on the go, a quick lunch or a laid-back dinner.
We can’t wait to get our chops around the crispy pork belly in seven spices, heat up with Bep’s beef curry or dip our spoons into their delightful array of homemade Pho. For a rather refined lunch it has to be one of Bep Haus’ popular banh mi, a fluffy baguette full to the brim with spicy fillings to keep you going until rush hour.
