The Dorchester Collection’s Le Meurice welcomes renowned French chef Alain Ducasse to its kitchens.
From September 2013 Ducasse will oversee all restaurants at the hotel Le Meurice in Paris. The hotel’s opulent restaurant, which was refurbished by Philippe Starck in 2007, will now feature Ducasse’s brand of contemporary French cuisine.
Known for its portfolio of luxurious and classic hotels, The Dorchester Collection continues its brand of quality and expertise with Ducasse heading up the kitchen. Ducasse brings with him over 25 years of experience and his recent success at sister hotel The Dorchester London. Ducasse has said that his philosophy is ‘gastronomy that concentrates on the essential with taste at its forefront’.
